How to Remove a Soft Drink Stain.

Coke, Pepsi, RC Cola, 7 Up, Sprite, Orange Soda or Mug Root Beer, it doesn’t really matter what brand or type of soft drink you spill they are mostly comprised of the same components: water, carbon dioxide, some type of sugar, and coloring (in some cases).

Choice of Products: Laundry Detergent, Borax.

Fresh Soft Drink Stain:

Dried Soft Drink Stain:

Oxidized Soft Drink Stain:

Test the garment for colorfastness before soaking in the Borax solution. Apply a small amount of the Borax solution on a white towel, blot that part of the towel on a hidden part o the garment. Check for color transfer on to the towel.

Each garment varies slightly due to color and material. Seek professional help if necessary.
